He was predeceased by: his parents, James Henry and Sylvia Agnes Collins (Dobbins); and his siblings, Carl, James Collins and Nina Robinson.
He is survived by: his siblings, Doris Collins of Corning, AR. and J. C. Collins of Southaven, MS.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews.
