It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Obie O'Neal Duncan of Corning, Arkansas, born in Hickory Ridge, Arkansas, who passed away on January 11, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, O. G. Duncan and Stella Duncan (Holleman); his former wife Elsie Duncan (Smalley); his siblings, W. L. Duncan, Ben Duncan, Beatrice Norwood, Audrey Yvonne Dicus and Margie Cox; and his grandchildren, Jamie Forrester, Stephen Fraine, Jr. and Vanessa Fraine.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Duncan (Sadler); his children, Peggy Hart, Michael Duncan (Linda), Sandy Guthrie (Chuck), Tina Duncan and Kim Curtis (Dale); his stepson Tony Williams (Leigh); and his sister Helen Owen. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, visitation will be family only.
