He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard "J. W." Leonard and Loretta Leonard; and his aunts and uncles, J. D., Nettie Lou Taylor, Lorene, Bill Taylor and Lenora Rolley.
He is survived by: his cousins, Scott, David, Bruce, Mark, Dan Taylor, Shelia Bowers, Billie Jean Byes and Libby Martin. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
