He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Ellsworth and Juanita Frances Price (Gano); and his siblings, Robert Price, Max Price, Chuck Price, Melvin Price, Jim Price, Jerry Price, Marvin Price, Jr., Carol Martin and Connie Kennedy.
He is survived by: his close friend Louise Tisdal (Richey) of Corning, AR.; and his children, Jason Price, Robert Price, Jack Price, Jr., Vicky Mellady and Bobbie Moorehouse. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
