He was predeceased by: his wife Mildred Dillard; his sons, Jackie Forrest and Timmy Forrest; his parents, Orville Lee and Emma Gertrude Forrest (Reed); his sister Ruby Rooker; and his granddaughter Andrea Forrest.
He is survived by: his children, Bob Forrest (Linda) of Jonesboro, AR. and Donna (Mike Schott) of Saint Louis, MO.; his sister Georgia Householder of Corning, AR.; his grandchildren, Robert, Heather, Rodney, Brandy, Lacey, Kurt and Sarah; his great grandchildren, Alexis, Tyler, Everett, Oliver, Grace, Millie, Morgan, Michael, Jack and Allie; and his great great grandchildren, Levi, Paisley, Kennedy, Lawson, Peyton and Brookland.
