He was predeceased by: his wife Glenda Carter; and his parents, Earl Catt and Mable Catt (Cobb). He is survived by: his children, Grace McDowell (Derek) of Frisco, TX., Theresa Petago (Jody) of Pollard, AR., Misty Byrd of Jonesboro, AR. and John Catt of Corning, AR.; his grandchildren, Gary, Natalie, Derrica, Savannah and Caden; and his great grandchild Malachi.
