He was predeceased by: his parents, Garnet Jack and Hazel Geraldine Arnell Perren; and his brother Charles Wayne Arnell. He is survived by: his wife Sheluah Arnell (Dickerson) of Corning, AR.; his children, Shawn Arnell (Amy) of Hernando, MS., Aaron Arnell (Stacy) of Corning, AR., Kristin Hudson of Corning, AR. and Kimberly Arnell of Corning, AR.; his grandchildren, Harris, Maggie, Katherine, Jessica, Trevor, Camden and Haddie; and his great grandchildren, Mila and Heidi.
