He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Guthrie and Shirley Guthrie (Moore). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Duncan; his sons, Jason Guthrie of Corning, AR. and Cody Guthrie of Corning, AR.; and his grandchildren, Hayleigh and Allyssa Guthrie. He is also survived by nephews; nieces; and many friends.
