He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Carl Phillips (Cindy) of Newport, Carl Don Phillips (Amy) of Glencoe, Michael Eugene Phillips (Beth) of Jonesboro and Jamie Lynn Staib (Mark) of Jonesboro; his sister Sharon Manatt (Scott) of Pocahontas; and his grandchildren, John, Justin, Tara, Jaydin, Robert, Katie, Ava, Grant, Amelia, Gage and Nelle. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
