He was predeceased by: his spouse Elenore Ernestine Samons; his parents, Mark Allen and Daisy Allen (Langdon); and his siblings, Carrel, Amon, Earl, Edger Allen, Christeen Anderson, Verbie Whelchel and Grace Hayes.
He is survived by: his children, Billy Allen (Janet) of Corning, AR. and Peggy of Corning, AR.; his grandchildren, Marc Cummings (Ashley), Matt Allen (Chelsea) and Amy (Jeremy Earley); and his great grandchildren, Lillie Allen, Grady Allen, Abigail Earley, Cannon Cummings and Olivia Cummings.
