He was predeceased by: his father James Oral McGrew; his father-in-law Jack Roark; his brother-in-law Jay Rigdon; his nephew Liam McGrew; his nieces, Paisley and Penelope McGrew; his aunts, Pat Conley and Wanda Scott; and his friend Chad Pennington.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Roark; his sons, Drake and Jaxon McGrew; his mother Helen McGrew of Success; his siblings, Jim McGrew (Angie) of Corning and Mary Helen Mullinnax (Jim) of Mt. Carmel, IL; his mother-in-law Wanda Roark of McDougal; and his sisters-in-law, Karla Newboles and Leanna Glasgow of McDougal. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
