It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bill Skaggs of Corning, Arkansas, born in Neelyville, Missouri, who passed away on November 20, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell "Joe" Skaggs and Helen Skaggs (Toombs); his siblings, Windell Skaggs and Kathy Welker; and his sister-in-law Karon Skaggs.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Hall Ladd; his children, Shelby Burkheart (David) of Corning, Jason W. Skaggs (Karie) of Jacksonville, NC and Billy L. Skaggs (Pam) of Poplar Bluff, MO; his brothers, Benny Skaggs of Success and Rex Skaggs (Gloria) of Corning; and his grandchildren, Brent, Owen Burkheart, Hallie, Matthew and Ivy Skaggs. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
