He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Richmond and Pearl Richmond (Motsinger); his sons, Jerry and Billy Richmond, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Charay Richmond and Nicholas Kilbreath.
He is survived by: his wife Minnie Brown. He is also survived by his 3 daughters, 8 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
