He was predeceased by: his wife Anita Luter (Carter); his parents, Clarence Elmer and Margaret Luter (King); and his siblings, Emil, Clarence Elmer "Deutzy" Jr., Orton, Lahoma, Ronalda, Theo, Harry, Ronald, Conrad and Tracy.
He is survived by: his sons, David Luter of Corning, AR., Craig Luter of Sherwood, AR. and William Luter of Saint Charles, MO.; and his grandchildren, Evan, Meridith, Samuel and Sydney. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
