She is survived by: her children, Dennis Shane Evans (Mary) of Corning, AR., Kimberly Evans of Corning, AR. and Kevin Spurlock (Megan) of Marmaduke; her siblings, Terry Forehand of Beech Grove and Bonnie Boatner; and her grandchildren, Colton Evans, Savanna Rogers, Roman, River, Liam, Jayna, Stephanie Spurlock and Jessica Heinrich. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
