He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Brooks Gage and Lorene Gage (Voiles). He is survived by: his wife Sharon Gage (Williams); his children, Wesley Gage (Heather) of Cord, James Gage of Cord, Casey Cox (Mary) of Batesville and Pam Heigle (Rodney) of Batesville; and his siblings, Ronald Gage (Gloria) of Santa Rosa, Jeanette Lovell (David) of Cave City and Barbara Kennedy (Phillip) of Little Rock. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
