She was predeceased by: her parents, George Bigler and Harriet Bigler (Elmer). She is survived by: her husband James A. Williams; and her children, James R. Williams (Tracy) of Peoria, Arizona, Terrie Williams of Cord and Sharon Gage (Melvin) of Cord. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
