He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Dickerson Hatler and Mandy Evelyn Douglas; his wife Brenda Hatler; and his siblings, Sam Hatler and Lucy Tinnel.
He is survived by: his children, Scott Morse (Chasidy) of Saffel, Travis Hatler of Cord, Jordon Hatler of Kentucky, Teresa Morse of Newark, Corinna Murphree (Gary) of Newark and Ashley Mathis (Brandon) of Cord; and his sisters, Paula Wright (Arnold) of West Virginia and Linda Fagan (Dan) of Texas. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
