He is survived by: his mother Doris Phillips (Rouse); his sisters, Jackie LeAnn Miller and Michelle Rose; his nieces and nephews, Kellee Rose, Breana Chandler, Braidon Strobel, Seth Strobel and Travis Rose; and his great-nephews, Trenton, Tru and Lennox.
