He is survived by: his wife Clara Ledbetter; his children, William Mitchell Ledbetter, Jr., Diane Ledbetter, Lauralee Ledbetter and Karen Ledbetter-Taylor; his grandchildren, Alice Ledbetter-West (Matt), Daniel Ledbetter (Anna), April Ledbetter-Blackburn (Justin), Corey Ledbetter, Dr. Amy Taylor and Laini Taylor; his great grandchild William Warner Ledbetter; and his sister-in-law Beverly Ledbetter. He is also survived by several cousins, nephews, and nieces.
