He is survived by: his father William Leonard Milburn; his wife Pamela Sue Coryell; his children, Windy Cox (Jimmy) and Ben Milburn (Brandy) of Conway; his sister Sandra Sanders (Jim); his grandchildren, Molly Favre, Thomas Favre, Michael Favre (Hannah), Whitney Toney (Trever), Easton Jenkins, Kyndall Cox and Taylor Cox; and his great grandchildren, Serena Toney, Jordyn Toney, Kyya Heihn and Olivia Favre.
