She was predeceased by: her parents, Rual C. Webb and Stella Webb (Foster); and her brother Bobby Webb. She is survived by: her husband Conway Cook; her daughter Pamela Hix; her son-in-law Charley Hix Jr. of Batesville; her grandson Jonathan Hix (Brittinie) of Batesville; her great grandchildren, Payton and Greyson; her siblings-in-law, Jackie Cook (Ruth) of Rosie, Gene Cook (Sheila) of Batesville and Dorothy Taylor; her niece Tracey Owens of Newark; and her great-niece Addison Owens of Newark.

All attendees must provide and wear their own masks before entering and social distancing will be observed.
