With solemn reverence, we commemorate Virginia Cossey (Conway, Arkansas), whose life came to an end on April 19, 2025 at the age of 87, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Cossey; her parents, Paul Brannon and Katherine Brannon; her sisters, Mary Nell Starkey and Helen Kirby; her grandmother Hardgrove (Allen Brannon); and also Monty McMahan.
She is survived by: her sister Neva Pearson; her sister-in-law Joy Brannon; her children, Bill Cossey (Linda) and Rhonda Hopson (Cliff); her grandchildren, Allen Gwatney, Misty Kerek, Hunter Gwatney (Bailey), Isabella Thaxton (Kyle) and Avery Hopson; her great grandchildren, Lakyn, Gunnar and Oaklei; and her friend Peggy McMahan. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Roller-McNutt Funeral Home (650 Central Landing Blvd, Conway, AR 72032). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Crestlawn Memorial Park (472 US-64, Conway, AR 72032).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Virginia's honor to either CARTI Cancer Treatment Center or Brumley Baptist Church in Conway, AR.
