He is survived by: his children, Rachel Powell, Tommy Powell (Michaela), Stephanie Vega (Jorge) and Jennifer Powell; his grandchildren, Gavyn, Mason Vega and Augustus Powell; and his siblings, Donna Faye Allison, Debra Dardenne (Steve) and Frank Powell.
