He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Millsaps and Bertie Millsaps; his son Kenneth W. Millsaps; and his siblings, Willie Edward Millsaps, Willie Earl Millsaps, Charles Millsaps Jr. and Melba Millsaps.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Millsaps; his daughter Kathy Millsaps Frank (Holger) of Colorado Springs, CO; his grandchildren, Ryan Wills (Rachel) and Tia Wills of Colorado Springs, CO; his great grandchildren, Freddy and Luke Wills; and his siblings, Jerry Millsaps (Ruth) of Juneau, AK and Frances Millsaps Sanders (Boyed) of Conway, AR. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, family and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Roller-McNutt Funeral Home (650 Central Landing Blvd, Conway, AR 72032). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
