She is survived by: her children, William Waters (Tracy), Randall Beard (Pam), Lecia and Brandie Beard; her siblings, Ruby, Evelyn, Paulette Waters, Alma Criswell (Jerry), Ruthie Easterwood (Elvis), Christine Williams (Eddie), Stanley, Larry (Baberly), David Waters, Gerome (Joyce) and Fred Burton (Vanessa); and her grandchildren, DeAndric Humphrey (Jessica), Alexandria, Herbert Waits (Ashley) and Jordan Beard. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, a host of nephews and nieces, family, and friends.
