It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thurston Shelby Fox (Conway, Arkansas), born in Hot Springs, Arkansas, who passed away on October 24, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Shelby and Vela Melvia Fox (Nooner); and his sisters, Mary Ellen Spann and Velda Ruth Fox. He is survived by: his wife Jane; his children, Robert Shelby Fox (Tammy) of Little Rock and Vicki Fox of Conway; his granddaughters, Victoria Lauren Fox of Little Rock and Amy "Aly" Alexandra Fox-Laverick (Jack) of Sheffield, U. K.; and his brother Wendell D. Fox (Jennifer) of Montana.
Thurston's family suggest that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in his honor to either the Quapaw Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America or the Wounded Warrior Project.
