He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Millsap and Ethal Millsap. He is survived by: his sons, Mark Millsap of Hattieville and Brian Millsap (Emily) of Greenbriar; the mother of his children Judy Wyllia of Morrilton; and his brother Bobby Millsap (Wanda) of Morrilton. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, one great grandchild, a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
