He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ishmael, Juanita Simmons, Frank and Clara Heath; and his aunts and uncles, Charles Simmons, Dewey Simmons, Jake Heath, Elbert Heath, Larry Heath, Esther Brown, Pearl Martin, Clara Smith and Meda Smith.
He is survived by: his parents, Lonnie Heath and Sylvia Heath; his wife Dawn Heath; his children, Whitney Heath, Jared Heath and Misty Heath; his sister Tracy McElhaney (Shaun); his nephews, Max and Sawyer McElhaney; and his uncle Jimmie Simmons (Wanda).
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Needs Creek Baptist Church (237 State Hwy 287, Greenbrier, AR 72058). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at the Needs Creek Cemetery.
