He was predeceased by: his siblings, Noel and Everleigh Hay; and his grandparents, Lesia, Donna Hay, Patty Nuttle and Claire Scott.
He is survived by: his parents, Franklin Nicholas Hay and Stephany Shenee Hay; his siblings, Hunter Roberts, Zaden Roberts, Brittney Roberts, Kristen Roberts, Alesia Hay and Aubrey Hay; his grandparents, Christy Dow (Robert), Jimmy Scott (Sheila) and Donnie Hay; his uncles, Bobby Hay (Veronica), Shannon Miner (Shy), Brady Parrish (Shelby), Kellen Parrish, Braxston Scott, Andrew Scott and Jimmy Scott III (Allison); and his aunt Meakerla Scott.
