It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosemary Winford of Conway, Arkansas, born in Marks, Mississippi, who passed away on November 30, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Turner Sr. and Katherine Brooks Turner; and her siblings, Donna Faye Bowman, Yvonne Collier and Oscar Turner.
She is survived by: her husband Joe Willie Winford III; her daughter Resheda Brown (Jelani); her grandson Kyle Williams of Denton; her son Romel Winford of Denver, Colorado; and her siblings, George Turner of Chicago, Illinois, Alonzo Buggs (Bobbie) of Lambert, Mississippi, James Turner (Shelia) of Conway, Arkansas, Alcurtis Turner (Brenda) of Conway, Terry Turner (Cheryl) of Helena, Arkansas, Emma Jean Johnson (Ezell) of Jackson, Mississippi, Clem Harrison of Chicago, Illinois, Genevieve Lindsey of Conway, Arkansas and Marilyn Turner Cottrell of Montgomery. She is also survived by uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
