He was predeceased by: his parents, Lescley Spradlin and Josie Spradlin; and his brother Donald Spradlin. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Spradlin; his children, Malinda Smith (Michael), Shelly Duke (Sean), Randy Spradlin, Lorrie Ozley (Ray), Kevin Spradlin (Carli) and Danny Spradlin (Jaci); and his brothers, Bob and Harold Spradlin. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
