He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel May Huxford and Lester Wayne Pack; and his siblings, Earnest (Pee Wee), Johnny Dayne, Lewis, Duke, Donnie May and Bonnie Fay.
He is survived by: his wife Becki; his children, Chad Pack (Stephanie) and Jill Pack; his grandchildren, Dustie Harris (Logan), Rhett Turner (Faith), Isabella Pack and Chase Pack; his great grandchild Emersyn Rae Turner; his brothers, Larry Pack (Dianne) and Dwayne Pack (Suzy); his sibling-in-law Charlie Chick of Durango, Colorado.; and his nephews, Darren Pack, Destry Pack, Jason Pack, Chris Pack, Cody Pack and Dayne Pack.
Memorials may be given to Rose Hill Cemetery Association and the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.
