He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Tate and Dorothy Tate. He is survived by: his wife Letha Janet Forehand Tate; his children, Bryon (Becky) of Phoenix, Arizona and Kim Evans (Jimmy) of Conway; his sister Rebecca Smithpeters of Ashdown; his nephew Jon Smithpeters of Ashdown; his niece Mary Dawn (Libby) of Camden; his stepson Jonathan Surles (Melissa); and his stepgrandsons, Griffin and Manny of Leeds. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
