He was predeceased by: his parents, John Milton Lewis and Mary Elizabeth Lewis; his son Jason Todd Lewis; and his sister Nadine Olmstead. He is survived by: his wife Ann Lewis (Lewis); his son Wade Lewis (Cindy) of Jonesboro, AR; his grandchildren, Nathan Lewis, Nick Lewis and Anna Lewis of Jonesboro; and his brother John Lewis (Nancy) of Newport, AR.
