He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Kay; his children, Dustin O'Dell (Whitney) and Stephanie Shepard; his granddaughter Emma O'Dell; and his siblings, Jerry Kay (Laura), Jamie Kay and Pam Owens (Clay).
