He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin P. Carter and Gladys Marie Martin Carter. He is survived by: his daughters, Valietta Lohstoeter (Cameron) of Scott and Ann Marie Brockwell (Lance) of Little Rock; and his grandchildren, Amy Mathers, Petroff, Taylor Petroff, Timothy Fluharty, Mandy Curtis, Karina, Devin and Ryan Brockwell. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
