She was predeceased by: her parents, Gladys Williams and Herbert Williams; her siblings, Loyd Williams, Farrell Williams, Lonnie Williams and Hazel Tatro; and her granddaughter Lacey Annette Mahan.
She is survived by: her husband Max Lay; her children, Tim Ragland (Leslie) of Conway, Jim Lay (Crystal) of Texas, Michelle O'Neill of Conway and Tamra Alexander of Conway; her grandchildren, Ashley Echols (Britton), Austin Duncan (Stephanie), Addison O'Neill, Justin Cockrum (Rebecca), Keli Cockrum, Sarah Craven, Abigail Dycus (Nathan), David Ragland, Jesse Ragland and Brodie Lay; her great grandchildren, Hunter, Haeleah, Hannah, Everly, Emma, Lyla, Robert Clell, Lillian and Gracie; and her siblings, Roger Williams of Conway, Margaret Hale of Conway, Carolyn Elmore (Louis) of Kansas and Shirley Swoda (Donald) of Texas. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
