It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Halter Sr. of Conway, Arkansas, who passed away on October 24, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Benedict J. Halter and Louise Halter (Anthamatten); and his wife Kaye. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Halter (Little Rock), Patricia Richter (Georgia), Richard Halter, Jr. (Jessica), Robert Halter (Zuly), Leslie Magri (Robert) and Libby Stell (Bryan); his sister Virginia Walter; and his sister-in-law Donna Dickerson. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
