He is survived by: his wife Jane Booth; his children, Eric Booth (Stephanie), Shawn Booth (Brandi) and Wendy Coy; his grandchildren, Meghan Williams (Jake), Connor Booth, Madison Anderson (Aaron), CaraBeth Booth, Cade Booth, Kassie Danner (Cody), Ashlee Mitchell, Tiffany Booth, Johnathan Mitchell and Skyler Coy; his great grandchildren, Ellis Williams, Milo Williams, Maisy Williams, Beckett Williams, Westley Anderson, Haize Danner, Harlynn Danner and Hawkins Danner; his sister Phyllis Carter (Jack); and his pet Nicholas.
