He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charlie Barnes and Lois Barnes; his son Vending; his wife Mary Ida Frizzell of Camden, Arkansas.; and his children, Richard Lee Barnes, Jr., Karen Kay Barnes Williams and Robert Kyle Barnes.
