He was predeceased by: his parents, Randall Richard Leach and Ollie Flodean Harrison; his son Richard; and his sister Rhonda. He is survived by: his brother Tony (Beverly); his wife Anita (Bowie); his daughters, Tracy Norwood (Don), Marrey Carter (Michael) and Annette Leach (Richard); his grandchildren, Jared Upton (Iris), Nicole Schultz (Justin), Stephen Leach (Blakelea), Zachary Leach (Justin), Bryce Carter (Hannah), Bailey Carter, Lauren Allen, Cooper Norwood and Emily Norwood; and his great grandchildren, Kendall, Klaytyn, Khloe Upton, Ashlyn, Richard, Aimsley, Ally, Aubrey Schultz, Ellery, Adler Leach, Daxton Stephens and River Dixon.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the church, in honor of Randy's memory.
