He is survived by: his wife Leah Howard; his children, Justin Howard of El Dorado, April Drusch of Dawsonville and Candice Howard of Little Rock; his grandchildren, Caleigh, Elliott, Cameron and Caleb; and his siblings, Steve Howard of Conway and Jacque Forrest of Jacksonville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
