He was predeceased by: his parents, Dib Palmer (D. W.) and Billye Hiland Palmer. He is survived by: his grandson Justin Oulette; his son Chris; his wife Sandra Palmer; his son Christopher Palmer; his brothers, David Palmer (Lynda) of Conway and Phillip Palmer of Hot Springs; his stepchildren, Eric Treat of Conway and Christy Matthews (David) of Little Rock; and his grandson Justin Luke Oulette of Little Rock.
