He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Frank Norris and Ida Ruth Goodwin Norris (Anne Marie Norris); his grandsons, Andrew and Lucian Martin Angelle; and his brother Albert Norris.
He is survived by: his children, Jason Norris (Brande) of Morrilton and Sonya Angelle (John) of Arnaudville, LA; his grandchildren, Ben Lilly (Reanon) of Morrilton and Emma Ruth Angelle; and his sister Barbara Campbell of Alabama.
