He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Ethridge and Grace Ethridge; and his son Randall Ethridge. He is survived by: his wife Lynda Ethridge; his children, Larry Ethridge (Mary) of Van Buren, Ron Ethridge (Rebecca) of Sherwood, Linda Sullivan of Conway and Tammy Anderson of Conway; his daughter-in-law Debi Ethridge of Conway; his siblings, Betty Smith and Lloyd Ethridge of Missouri; and his grandchildren, Misty Bailey, Chris Ethridge, Marty Sullivan, Cody Ethridge, Melissa Inmon, John Ethridge and Michael Anderson. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild; as well as a host of extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial be made to ALZHEIMERS DISEASE AND RELATED DISORDERS ASSOCIATION INC (ALZHEIMERS ASSOC).
