He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Embry and Odell Embry Sr.; and his siblings, Charles Edward Embry and Rev. Thomas Julian Embry. He is survived by: his wife Carlila; his children, Michael, Roy, Staci, William and Ashley; and his sister Patricia Embry Green.
