She was predeceased by: her parents, Villa and Conley Owens, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Scott Manley of Oklahoma, Jim Manley of Greenbrier, Melissa Ingle (Eric) of Greenbrier and Heather Stevenson of Georgia. She is also survived by Six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
