He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil M Bell and Bertha Bell; and his brothers, Jerry Donald Bell and Jimmy Ray Bell. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Bell; his son Christopher Bell (Anna Claire) of Conway; his grandchildren, Heidi, Rosemary and Thatcher Bell; and his brother John Keller Bell (Jerry Phillips) of Little Rock. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, and loving friends.
