He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Edmond, Betty Kendrick, Curtis Perry and Grace McNamee; and his uncle Eddie Kendrick.
He is survived by: his wife Jordan Kendrick (Sullivan); his sons, Sawyer and Wyatt; his parents, Danny Kendrick and Phyllis Kendrick; and his brother Zachary Kendrick (Samantha). He is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews, and many family and friends.
